Our AMP and BMP courses can earn you 16 CEU hours each toward all current OSSF licenses, even if you have taken the course in previous years. Both courses are two days, but if you need only 8 hours, the first day of either course may be taken.

Basic Maintenance Provider Course - San Marcos, TX
This class has limited seating and will fill quickly.
This two-day class is held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days. Please arrive early for signing in, a valid photo I.D. is required at sign in. Arriving early (7:15 to 7:45) will also allow time for everyone to be signed in and seated prior to the start of class each day.
Please follow all COVID-19 social distancing guidelines while attending this class.
BMP Course – $355.00 Fee

There are three ways to register for 2024 courses (choose one):

3) Download form and mail to TOWA at P.O. Box 885, Bridge City, TX 77611 – must be received by TOWA at least three business days prior to the class date.
Refund requests may be submitted in writing/via email prior to 15 days of the course and will be processed for the paid amount minus the merchant fees. No refunds for cancellations will be granted within 15 days of the course, but attendee names may be changed for others in the company. For other questions or an option of a future credit, please contact the TOWA meeting office at emmaalvarado8815@gmail.com.

All OSSF registrations or license applications require a “Criminal Charges/Conviction Attestation Form” to be completed and submitted online.
The e-application for a Maintenance Technician Registration may be submitted prior to or after an enrollee attends the BMP course. It is at the discretion of the employer or individual.

To take the AMP course and Maintenance Provider License exam, an individual must hold one of the following licenses: Installer II, Class C or higher Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator OR have three (3) years of experience as a registered maintenance Technician. Please reference all requirements for a Maintenance Provider License on the TCEQ website to determine if you are eligible.
Click here for instructions to access MP exam in Spanish. A Spanish version of the OSSF I and OSSF MP exams are now available via Computer-Based Testing (CBT). The process for English and Spanish is the same. Each exam question defaults to English, but there is a button in the upper left corner where a person has the option to view the question in Spanish.

Starting September 9, 2016 – The Maintenance Provider “Occupational Licensing Application” is required to be submitted to TCEQ by e-application. An e-application makes it easier for you to apply, by eliminating the paper application allowing you to complete your application online!
