TOWA’s Basic Maintenance Provider (BMP) and Advanced Maintenance Provider (AMP) Courses

TOWA is the sole provider of the Advanced Maintenance Provider Course and the Basic Maintenance Provider Course in the State of Texas. Calendar of Classes

The Basic Maintenance Provider course is designed specifically for the (Maintenance Technician) who is required to work under a licensed maintenance provider, but also taken by real estate inspectors for the Certificate as an added level of knowledge above what is offered anywhere else for OSSF inspections. Homeowners also take the class where owners are allowed to do their own maintenance in (counties or river authorities) that require perpetual maintenance by a licensed maintenance provider.

We hold both of these courses every few months. We also teach a wide variety of CEU topics at our annual conference and at each of our Local Chapter Meetings.
